Our Salon Guarantee
My utmost priority is to guarantee your satisfaction throughout your visit to Dazzle and Dye. Should you find yourself less than fully content, kindly inform us either during your service or within 48 hours following its completion.

Late Arrivals
If you are running late for your appointment, please give us a call, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Depending on the circumstances, we may need to modify or reschedule parts of your service to ensure timely service for other guests.

No Show Policy
If you arrive 15 minutes late for your appointment without contacting us, it will be considered a No Show. In such cases, 50% of the scheduled service cost will be charged to the card on file. Please be aware that if you no show for a corrective service appointment, we will be unable to schedule a new appointment for you.

24 Hour Cancellation Policy
We acknowledge that your schedule may be hectic, and there may arise situations where you need to cancel or modify an appointment with us. To ensure we honor the time of our valued guests and our staff, we kindly request that you inform us of any cancellations or rescheduling at least 24 hours before the appointment. If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the appointment, we may request a payment of 50% of the scheduled services.

Refund Policy
While our services are non-refundable, we are more than happy to schedule a complimentary corrective service if there was an error on our part. To qualify for a redo, the mistake must be attributed to the service provider, and you must contact us within 2 weeks of the initial service date. Management will validate the need for a redo in case of disagreement. Please reach out to us as soon as possible to schedule your corrective service.

Please note that achieving certain results, such as transitioning from darker to lighter tones or using box color, may require multiple appointments.


Right to Refuse Service
Dazzle & Dye reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to any member of our team.

​Head Lice
Dazzle & Dye strictly adhere to the policy of not providing services to clients with head lice. If a client is found to have head lice during a salon service, we regretfully cannot continue the service on the same day. However, once the client has completed the necessary head lice treatment, we will be more than happy to accommodate them and complete the service within 72 hours.
